How We Fabricate Cut-to-Size GRP
Factory cutting protects the panel’s load rating better than rough site work.
- Cutting — carbide or diamond-tipped circular saw, fine-tooth dry cut for a splinter-free edge.
- Drilling — carbide-tipped bits; deburr before sealing.
- Edge sealing — exposed cut edges are coated with matching resin to block moisture into the glass fibre.
- Packing — finished panels are crated for export with fumigation certificates and COA.
