Up front, a GRP panel can cost more per square metre than galvanized steel. Over the life of a corrosive project, GRP is usually cheaper: it needs no painting, no re-galvanizing and no replacement for rust, and it is light enough to install by hand without lifting equipment. Standard molded panels are priced per panel and per square metre. A full sheet is 1220 × 3660 mm (about 4.5 m²). Cut-to-size panels, stair treads and special meshes are quoted by the piece. Send your drawing and quantity for an exact quote.
Resin is a major cost lever. Isophthalic (ISO) polyester is the general-purpose grade. Vinyl ester for strong acids, alkalis and solvents, and phenolic for fire-critical low-smoke service, cost more. Fire-retardant and UV-stabilized systems are also priced accordingly. We match the resin to your chemical need so you do not over-specify.
