FRP metering pump stand equipment base
Product Overview

FRP Metering Pump Stands

FRP metering pump stands raise chemical metering pumps, dosing skids and feed systems above floor spillage, contain drips and keep equipment corrosion-free. ZeAllgrate fabricates stands and equipment pads from pultruded FRP with a sealed or grated deck, drip tray, and the load capacity for pump and motor weight plus operating vibration.

  • Raises pumps above floor spillage and washdown
  • Corrosion-proof — built for chemical feed service
  • Anti-slip standing surface around the pump
  • Optional drip tray and integral containment
  • Load-rated for pump, motor and vibration loads
  • Custom height, footprint and pipe-support brackets

Installation

Installation Notes

✂

Cutting

Carbide-tipped or abrasive cutters; support both sides of the cut; wear dust protection. Wet cutting recommended.

🔩

Fastening

Fasten every panel at every support intersection. SS304/316 G-clips in corrosive service; expansion bolts for concrete.

↔

Orientation

Pultruded bearing bars run across the span — never parallel. Leave thermal gaps at fixed supports.

Installation ParameterRecommended PracticeStandard Reference
Support SpacingMaximum span per certified load chart — never exceed recommended clear spanLoad chart per configuration
