Which Mesh Opening Do You Need?
The mesh pitch controls open area, heel safety and the amount of material (and cost) per square metre.

Frequently Asked Questions
The standard molded GRP panel is 1220 × 3660 mm (about 4 ft × 12 ft, roughly 4.5 m²). Panels can be cut to your exact dimensions on our line. Pultruded grating is supplied in panels built from I-bar, T-bar and square bar profiles.
Standard molded thicknesses are 25, 30, 38, 40 and 50 mm. Thicker panels carry more load over longer spans. Choose the thickness that matches your working load and unsupported span using our load & span tables.
Yes. We supply cut-to-size GRP grating to your drawing, with field cuts, hole punching and resin edge-sealing available. Standard sheets can also be cut on site with a carbide or diamond-tipped blade.
Standard square mesh pitches are 38×38, 40×40 and 50×50 mm. For heel-safe and toe-passing (ADA) applications we offer mini / micro mesh in 12, 15 and 20 mm openings.
GRP is far lighter than steel — about 1.9 g/cm³ density versus 7.8 for steel and 2.7 for aluminium. Exact panel weight depends on thickness, mesh and resin; send your panel size and we will quote the actual weight and CBM for shipping.
